Our products are created fresh, for you, with care and commitment to the highest quality possible. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have before placing an order. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please send us an email and we will do our best to make it right.
All orders are shipped from our location in Victoria, BC within 2-5 business days. Please note we currently ship our products within Canada only. All product and shipping prices are in Canadian dollars.
Cacao Beans (Theobroma cacao)*: Even the Aztecs knew that chocolate is an aphrodisiac, but cacao is so much more than that. In its pure/raw form, cacao beans are full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and flavanoids which help to lower blood pressure, prevent blood clots, and improve overall circulation and blood flow to the brain and heart. Cacao can also help improve seratonin levels, which make us feel happy, comfortable, and relaxed (all important aspects for getting in the mood)!
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)*: The spicy/sweet bark of the cinnamomum tree has been long revered for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties. It helps to warm the body from the inside out by increasing blood flow, while supporting the respiratory, nervous, circulatory, urinary, and reproductive systems. At Flourish Apothecary, we utilize only true (ceylon) cinnamon, instead of the more commonly-used cassia variety, as it contains only a trace amount of coumarins (a compound which can be toxic to the liver when consumed frequently).
Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)*: Licorice root helps to improve blood flow, increase libido, reduce inflammation, and as a bonus, adds a little sweetness to balance out the flavours in our arousing tea blend.
Oat Straw (Avena sativa)*: Produced by the same plant you get your morning oats from, oat straw is packed full of protein, minerals, and vitamins to keep your health at its prime. Oat straw has a natural aphrodisiac effect, and an infusion of the tea ensures the health of your bones, nerves, and emotions. Oat straw helps to soothe the mind when you're feeling burnt out, and restores the mucous membranes in the lungs, digestive tract, skin, and of course, the reproductive organs.
Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale)*: Ginger adds a deeply warming element to this tea blend by improving circulation and blood flow. It provides just a touch of spice to balance out the herbal flavours of this blend while reducing blood pressure, enhancing arousal, and boosting libido.
Honeybush (Cyclopia genistoides)*: Somewhat of a sibling to the common rooibos tea, honeybush has a slightly woody, sweet flavour that is naturally caffeine-free, and contains no tannins. It is high in antioxidants and minerals (such as iron, potassium, and calcium), which helps prevent anemia, support immune function, improve bone health, and nourish the heart.
Damiana (Turnera diffusa)*: Damiana is an ancient aphrodisiac which has been known to increase desire and open the heart. It can also increase nerve sensitivity while acting as a tonic for the nervous system. This ethereal herb is known to enhance dreams, boost the mood, and relax the body.
Rose (Rosa centifolia)*: Deep, red rose petals have been a symbol of love since the dawn of time. Our organic rose petals add a touch of romance to our aphrodisiac tea blend, allowing you to taste and feel its floral sweetness deep within. Rose is excellent at opening the heart, relaxing the mind, and providing a boost of antioxidants to make you glow both inside and out.
