Red Raspberry Leaf Tincture
Red Raspberry Leaf is utilized in herbal medicine to help nourish, strengthen, and tone the uterus. It is commonly used before pregnancy (and labor) to assist with supplying necessary vitamins and minerals for the body as well as supporting hormonal health. It's high tannin content also makes its a useful antidiarrhetic.

Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)*†: We harvest both organically-grown and wild-harvested red raspberry leaves from our beautiful home on Vancouver Island. Our raspberry leaves are picked in the spring months while they are young and fresh, ensuring the most flavorful, effective, and high-quality tincture.
Organic Grain Alcohol: We are proud to offer a truly local and unique line of tinctures made with the the highest-quality alcohol from Ampersand Distillery. This clear, smooth alcohol is locally-produced in Duncan, BC and is made using milled, fermented, and distilled wheat from certified organic BC farms. *For those with celiac disease or sensitivity to gluten, please note that once any grain is distilled, there are no traceable levels of gluten remaining in the alcohol. As such, it is considered to be gluten-free.*
Fresh herb / menstruum ratio: 1:2 @ 50% ABV

ADULTS: Take 2-3 mL (60 to 90 drops) up to 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take separate from thiamine, mineral supplements, or alkaloid-containing medication.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have diabetes; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a hormone sensitive condition such as breast, uterine, or ovarian cancer, endometriosis, or uterine fibroids.
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS
Hypersensitivity may occur, in which case, discontinue use. May stimulate uterine contractions.
* This product should only be taken during the final 8-10 weeks of pregnancy. Do not use in pregnancy before 32 weeks’ gestation. Do not use if you have iron deficiency anemia; if you have a history of sudden labour; or if you have inflammation or ulceration of the gastrointestinal tract. *
