At Flourish Apothecary, we pride ourselves on making your herbal products fresh to order. Once a product leaves our shop, we can no longer guarantee its safety for use with another customer due to circumstances outside of our control. To remain committed to the highest quality standards, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please reach out to us here, and we'll make it right!

Always check with your local recycling program before attempting to recycle any material you are unsure about. We have chosen what we feel to be the most common and globally-accepted reusable and recyclable materials for our packaging in an attempt to ease the burden of the landfills on our planet. We love using glass for our products because it is the only material that is made entirely of natural, earth-created ingredients, and as such, is the only product that can completely biodegrade back into its natural state without harming the planet. We are not crazy about plastics, and when there is the option to avoid it, we will always choose to do so. Our labels are made from 100% recycled paper, and we adhere them to our packaging using our own creation of completely non-toxic, food-based glue (yes, it is edible, and no, you should not eat your labels), making them ideal for both recycling and composting. Yes! To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must place an order with a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 36 units (3 cases). We are pleased to offer free local delivery on all wholesale orders within the Greater Victoria area, and will provide the most affordable courier quote for all wholesale orders located outside of this area. If you prefer to use your own courier of choice, please let us know during the ordering process so we can accommodate this.
